Terre di Vulci Glamping & Spa

Vulci, Tuscany

Terme di Vulci Glamping & Spa  is located in a natural reserve of the Maremma Toscana rich in hot and thermal waters. Andrea Magnaghi Architecture created a light and respectful project, taking care of the construction of a scattered Hotel with 10 tents surrounded by nature and olive trees, a restaurant and a SPA with 4 natural pools.

Starting from the experience gained in the East, the Studio has designed a set of zero-impact luxury tents. These large Suites with private jacuzzis are inspired by colonial style lodges, at the time when Europeans brought the luxury and taste of the motherland on their travels. The materials are natural, in harmony with nature, and the buildings are plastic free.

The wooden restaurant has a modern design. From block to block, the building dematerializes: the closed block of the kitchen is followed by the glazed block of the restaurant, which is transformed into a pergola that is first closed and finally open.

The Spa is made up of circular buildings that refer to the Etruscan tombs typical of the area. The buildings are covered by a thin curtain that protects them from the sun and have interiors with an intimate atmosphere. The 4 natural pools are different in color, temperature and properties.
